About Provider

Dr. Singla is a highly skilled cardiologist serving the Tulare and Kings County community. His expertise lies in complex coronary artery disease interventions, minimally invasive valvular and structural heart disease therapies including transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral valve repair using Mitraclip, left atrial appendage occlusion (WATCHMAN), closure of patent foramen ovale (PFO) and atrial septal defect (ASD) and peripheral vascular disease interventions for symptom relief, wound healing and limb salvage in adults.

After finishing his training at Yale University in 2016, he joined Tulane University, New Orleans as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, where he served as the Director of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and established the Transcatheter Aortic Valve replacement (TAVR) Program.

Dr Singla joined Kaweah Health in 2022, where he started the left atrial appendage occlusion (WATCHMAN) program in 2023 with excellent outcomes. In addition to providing compassionate care for his patients, he is very active in the community of cardiovascular professionals and was honored with the “2024 Leadership Forum Graduate Award”, by The California Chapter of American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Singla’s philosophy is to provide evidence-based, quality care through a compassionate and open patient-physician relationship. He believes in keeping patients well informed and well educated before making a decision regarding their health, whether its medications, lab tests or suggesting an invasive procedure.
